Over the years of its activity, our firm has taken part in large and elaborate projects, including representation on a complex proceeding before the Department of Transportation and the Raanana Municipality, which involved reaching an agreement regarding land designated for expropriation for the Israel Railways. This agreement allowed the construction of a major real estate project valued at billions of NIS. This was achieved even though the state of Israel does not generally allow the rezoning of land that was originally assigned to public projects. In another matter, our legal team represented chevra kadisha Kfar Saba Ltd., as part of its efforts towards building a Jewish cemetery in the Kfar Saba area. This involved changes to the urban planning scheme, expropriation of lands, constructing the cemetery, and overseeing a legal battle involving the land assignment in the cemetery.
